Refund policy
Due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final, and NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS are offered.
If an item is damaged during transit, please get in touch with us at csvic@bmretailau.com. We require the tracking number, the name of the courier company, and photos.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items processed via eBay/Etsy/Amazon/Temu.
